Whom to blame!

A persons attitude changes because of other. He may not able to sleep & eat as well. Someone becomes his life in such a way that he always think for her happiness. Inspite of illness, he always do as much as he can for her. He never think of himself. Inspite of doing so much for her, he never expect even a single favour from her, but he always pray for her wellness & happiness.
Now you say, Is his fault that he do so much for her. Its his LOVE!

Everyone changes

Everyone has the right to change as changes are necessary. Changes show that we are adjusting ourselves according to the current needs of the society. But changes might be dangerous in some cases as if some person might be refuse to return money to his/her friend, then this may create problem. And sometimes its good as when a person get sufficient confidence to prove his/her words or sometimes due to change in behaviour can fetch you good profit.

Love

Its being so long that I want to say something important regarding your & my life. But when you came near i forgot each & everything because i don't get even a single second to convey my words as i get trapped in your eyes. All the time passed away just seeing you & analyzing your heart. Most important is your eyes that tells my to keep listening you. Your smile take me to next world where no one is there except us & show me the heaven of love.

Affection & Reality

Affection shows human mentality & situation shows human nature.
Above statements are most descriptive lines about life. It describes the two phase of life. First phase is the affection of other, their affection is limited upto a point when you are able to fulfill their desire.
Second phase is the situation in which you don't have enough to fulfill other persons need. At this time other people ignore to even recognize you when you are in trouble.

Time & Smile

Time & Smile are two different thing,but they are interrelated with each other.Sometimes,someone smile makes us to forget time & sometimes time makes us to forget time.This happens when you love other person more than himself/herself. In memories of others, we forget to smile & live our own life,& always think of getting other person. When we get that person then we always happy to spend our whole time by seeing other person smile & lives happily

Danger

Danger zone-permission to go ahead denied or please mind the gap. Many restricting codes have been made but only some saw it & other leave it just like that. And when due to their lack of concentration an accident occurs they blame to others. Inspite of knowing that they have the mistake,they still think why god choose us for this.
Some people believe to fight with danger because they think that freedom is there after danger.

Everybody is different

Some people says why everybody is different from each other. Why can't human beings couldn't be same.
Most human beings says that but no one thinks that no two human beings can be same. As all of us have unique features,will power,colour,mentality,physical ability & determination which cannot be compared with others. We all can't think in same way due to different mentality & analyzing ability. Its natural that people react in different manner.

Way of giving

Education is a way of communication.Means,if one has good knowledge then he/she can transfer his/her knowledge to others.So that other can have the same level equivalent to other person.
Its a fact that education increases when we share with others.If we share our knowledge with others then the our concept of that topic clears.Education develop the personality of a person as a whole.
So,share your education with others without any reason.

Truth of life

Most of us waste our life in search of happiness but nobody search for truth of life.Everybody want to live happy without being knowing the reason for their birth.
Many thinks that money/happiness is the truth of life.But the real truth is Death.Many can live without happiness/money but no one can escape from Death.Every human who came in this world has to leave this world.Many person know this fact but ignore it.
No one can escape from death.

Everyone says "Just for you",but no one really understand its meaning.Most of the person unintentionally says to others & others also agrees.But when they grow up,then they understand that they are wrong.At that time they reconsider their decision & if they think they are wrong,then their relation results in break-up.

Living for someone

It's not just the matter of fact that if don't get the person whom I like,then we think that it's the wastage of time & some think that we are wasting our life.But nobody realize that with our life several people are related.And if we destroy our life without any genuine reason then it hurts alot to our beloved ones.So live like that others person might need you but don't live to get the attentions.And behave like a bold person & not like fool.

Relation

Relation is the not just the blood relation,but sometimes good mutual understanding can be termed as relation.It is the fine piece of our life that will give you the bread & butter of happiness.It teach you how much relational bonding help in our life.For example-During any crisis,the people those are nearer or with whom we have strong relation,that person only help us only & all other person who are just showing formality left us alone.

Life troubles

Life creates trouble & solve itself.Human require only patience & strength to bear the trouble.But most of the people loose these two most significant things & loose self-confidence.Now,they thinks they are good for nothing as they even can't fight with small,then how I can able to deal with big problems.
At this people who are self disciplined,can able to deal with all types of problems.They are taught as self controlled with disciplined nature.

Changes are necessary

All the person complain about others,no one willing to change itself.Change yourself then only the world will change.Well said "It is easy to cover your feet with,then to cover the Earth with carpet".
So forget that others will change according to you,therefore try to change others with your changed behaviour.
Sometimes changes are necessary to change the world as no one would prefer to change themselves with the previous theory.

Dependency not preserved

Dependency is a strong world which depicts the unwillingness of human being to perform certain task or to achieve something.
When we are small,we are completely dependent upon our parents.But when we grow up,then it becomes difficult for us to help them.Our parents when they are in their old age,they are completely dependent on their children.Our parents did many thing for us,but when they are old we simply deny from their responsibility.

Life cycle

Life can be considered as a cycle because everything what happened in life is repeated after sometime.Whether we believe or not but this only the truth & we can't escape from it.
As when we are small,our parents used to guide us at every moment of life.They even teach us how to walk & taught us good ethics.But when it's our turn to have responsibility then at that time we simply back-off by saying that,'It's not possible for us to handle you'.

Trick played by Counsellor

Counsellor knew that how he can save the company to refund the amount twice payed by other company.He cut short the refreshment for the employees & result is the strike which is expected by the counsellor.Strike make the trick of counsellor to happen as without strike it is not possible to save the company.
Now,MD of company wrote to the other company about the strike & the other company gave more time.Like this,company saved from heavy loss.

Answer of case study

Yesterday,I have told you one case-study.
Now,I am going to tell you solution of the problem of the company's M.D.
MD of the company appointed the counsellor for this solution.He cut short the breakfast & lunch of the employee.Because of this,employee goes on strike & all the work of the company.
Now,MD told all this to other company.And he apolozise for it & everything comes back to normal as it was before.No refund was given to other company.

Case study

It is observed or we know that a company which got consignment.In which,during the duration of 6 months,complete consignment has to be delivered.But if the company fails to do,then double the amount of consignment has to be returned by the company.
And when the deadline approach near,much work is pending.So,MD of that appointed a counsellor & counsellor with his intelligent mind sought out all the problem.
