Stress can be reduced in many ways as:-
1.Take rest from schedule.
2.Take complete diet,as it completes the need of our body.
3.Sleep for atleast 6 hours.
4.Do exercise regularly,as it increases one's stamina & helps to fight against disease.

But,'Why there is need to fear or anxiety?
In today's life board exam's have become like a "fearing machine,which produce unnecessary tension at high torque". Therefore,some coolant or cooling methods have to be used for applying brakes to the fearing machine-THE BOARD EXAMS. Instead of fear,student have to be confident and bold.

3.Take rest after every two hours,as it will increase your concentration power.Because our mind get tired due to continuous study.
4.Eat after every 2 hour during preparation of exams,as it will increase your strength & make ur mind active.
5.Eat most of the dals,fruits such as apple,orange etc.
6.Avoid oily food,as it causes yawning & V can't concentrate.
