Why is it happens that more preference is given to marks than intelligence?
Answer is here as most of people think that whoever got highest marks is the intelligent one.But this is not true,we should not have misconceptions because everyone has different ways of thinking i.e,sense of humour.All the people have different ideas to achieve different things.So,don't try to judge others intelligency on the basis of their marks but not on capability.

Ego

Ego-it is multiple attitude disorder,in which a person thinks he/she is the best & all rounder.Whatever they thinks/do is right & rest are the fools.They want to catch everybody's attention & wants other to do their praise.These never agree with others & never listen to others suggestion.Due to this,they sometimes miss good & valuable things which can give them success.
So,atleast listen what others think & don't disrespect others ideas/feelings.

Helping hand-You can become a helping hand for anyone who needs your support.There are many people who really wants to increase there way of living but they will not get success.Because the world is divided into two categories i.e,High class people & Low class people.High class people have lots of money,which is more than there requirement in controversal Low class people do not have money to even buy their bread & butter.

Workers(Line-mans)

We are thankful to the employees of Electricity supply company to supply the continuous electricity to us.But most deserving employees are those line-mans who work day & night in all season during breakdown or any other fault,irrespective taking care of their own health.They work for us but still the government is not taking care of them as they receive only amount of salary as compared to higher officials.Extra care of line-mans should be taken.

Ease of Electricity

Electricity is the main requirement in today's life.No one can do anything in his/her life without electricity because most of the machines & instruments are electronic operated.If for sometime electricity goes our lives comes to standstill & quickly we made call to electricity supply company.They send their officers & line-man's to remove the fault.These line-man's works in every season to supply us good life without any electricity problem.

Shifting of Feeder

Today,I will tell you about feeders.You will find interesting to know about how we should act in case when transformer trips due to overloading.Overload happens due to high loads over the LT(low tension) lines.To avoid this,we can shift the excess load from one feeder to other feeder on which load is less.If this not possible,then we can share the load with other feeder in form of T-shape joint,Triangle-shape joint etc.
But Safety comes first.

All of us become uncomfortable when summers are around the corner.But we can't the natural phenonmenon,but still we think what will happen if 12 months are cooler to below 5 degree temperature.Everyone wants to live happy in a healthy environment,this we can get only if we live in cool environment.

World has crossed it's limit to make their work to execute faster without any restrictions from internal or external personel.Everyone wants that their work should be done as fast as possible as others work suffer because of us.Due to this only,people think that it's not possible to get,what we want without any sources.Therefore give to high officials.

That Day of Life

I remembered that of my life when we all(friends) have to hangout to celebrate birthday of our friend.That day was the beautiful & bright sunny day(winters).
Firstly,we cut the cake in our college & enjoyed canteen party.Then finally we move out after some day for a party.But no one knows that,that day was the last day of our friendship,because after somedays distance increases day by day.I tried resolve everything,but my efforts is fruitless.

When women enters her in-laws house,from that time she become the part of that house.Now,she has to work for her husband,her in-laws.She cannot live according to her wish as she has to take care of everyone's wish.
