When women enters her in-laws house,from that time she become the part of that house.Now,she has to work for her husband,her in-laws.She cannot live according to her wish as she has to take care of everyone's wish.
If the women is working,then it's very difficult for her to manage house & office simultaneously.Therefore,it's the duty of her husband & in-laws to help her in household works.If they didn't then her life ruined.
