Today's generation is busy in watching TV,computer,playing games,networking etc.They don't have time to do physical work.Because of this,they become obese.
Many year's back,children don't have many indoor games,they have most of outdoor games such as gulli danda,ice-pice etc.This makes them physically fit.
Todays children use vehicles to travel even a distance of 500 mtrs.Therefore,we don't have stamina for long walk,but our parents can walk 2 KM
