Brain Drain is a social evil which countries economy & separate one's from their family members.
Reasons:-
1.Money is the main reason because most of the people think that there are lots of money in other countries.
2.More Facilities.
3.More Salaries.
4.Good weather.
5.Some illiterate people think that they can earn a huge amount of money in other country.
6.Less importance to persons like Doctor's,Enggineer's etc.
So,people prefer to move on.
